It was an excellent value hotel, I would stay here again. Liked spending my time in this spotlessly clean low-budget property. The breakfast was very very good and sensational and had plenty of options. My triple room was newly decorated, had a very clean bed. The staff were friendly attentive and excellent from arrival to departure. The location was excellent and lovely, approx 10-15 minutes' walk from a multi-use Victorian park. It was located in a pretty nice area just next door to all the bars & restaurants, the revamped market and bars, shops, train station, car parking.

Great place for 1 night with excellent staff in front of manager. Perfect and amazing setting in the nice enough area, so close to all the bars and clubs, the city center, and various shops and pubs.

This hotel offers perfect and lovely location very close to the coffee shop as well as shops and pubs. Also, it's 10 minutes walk from The Riverfront Newport.

Most of the staffs were very efficient. The quadruple room we stayed in was recently refurbished with a bath.

Fairly clean place with city views and amazingly nice staff. Marvellous, perfect location in Newport, so close to restaurant at breakfast, clubs and late-night bars, and grocery shops. Besides, easy access to Stand and Stare. Excellent stay, as always.

Got the same quadruple room booked online, liked that. Central location just next door to the pub and bars and shops, it was in a pretty nice area.

Thoroughly enjoyed a kettle, central heating and an iron in the room. The location was peaceful, close to train station, better than I ever had before...

Immaculate units with very comfortable beds. Prime stunning location, in the town centre. Besides, easy to get to Newport Castle.

The breakfast had plenty of splendid food and drinks. Air conditioned rooms with very comfortable beds and excellent staff, everything was fantastic.

I booked a newly remodelled room complete with shower gel, hairdryer and great linens. Everything seemed perfect, clean. It had very central location close to St Paul's Church.

Everyone was superfriendly and amicable. We stayed in the triple room equipped with hairdryer, tea, for example. Everywhere there was fairly clean. The location was peaceful by bars. It was also just off Cardiff, train station, and the centre of Newport.

The hotel is special with free Wi-Fi and a good value. The restaurant attached makes warm food.

Make sure you stay in the quadruple room with a bath. The location is unbeatable, not too far from Rodney Parade Stadium. Plus, this hotel is right by the city centre, clubs, and Cardiff.
